As Luci mentioned, the codes originally came with the book is for NT 7 and i bet they cannot not be applicable to the current version of NT8.
Even if you buy the book from amazon right now, the complimentary web site hosting the codes is not longer available.

It's apparent that the author is now trying to squeeze the last drop of juice from the book by offering more values at a price. The value added stuff include:
1. detailed explanation of the strategies using videos (ie, less boring than reading the book)
2. updated source codes for both NT8 and Tradestation

What we could expect to learn are
A. what's the rationale behind the strategy. A strategy can be outdated but the rationale on how to craft a strategy could never be out of date
B. How we can realize the strategy using a platform language
C. What are the keys to implement a strategy successfully

So, join and have it at a fraction of the original price! It's not like buying a complied indicator or a bot that will not work sooner or later.
