Not sure why would be recommended, looks like basic course. No hedge fund manager would recommend that.

I agre that I could have find a better title and the reviews could not be true.

For what I've seen on YouTube, to me this guys seem legit. The only way we could find out is by paying 1/20 of the price. For 20 bucks I would try it.
I don't expect to find the holy grail, but some "golden nuggets" that could make me improve in my trading.
