I just bought this program. The training is not good in my opinion, but customer service has been great. They offer a white glove setup, which seems pretty complex. You have to disable almost all antivirus security on your PC.

They ask you for your NinjaTrader machine ID so I'm assuming the seller has removed the license verification process.
