"EA Maximum Breakout Scalper" - the scalper uses 2 breakout strategies.

1 - strategy for the breakdown of the nearest support and resistance levels. The system uses the search for extremes using smart technology to recognize high-quality and low-quality breakdowns, with support for filtering extremes. For the training of the adviser, the history of quotations for 22 years was used.

The EA sets a protective stop order, so the trader does not have to worry that the robot will allow significant drawdowns.

Requirements and recommendations

• Low spreads and high quality execution are important when choosing a broker.
• The EA is attached to only one chart (any of the working pairs and any timeframe) - all trading on all pairs is carried out from only one chart! In the settings you can enable and disable currencies.

• The minimum recommended balance for the EA (when used on recommended pairs and timeframes) is $ 50.
• Leverage of 1: 100 or more is recommended.
• The PC processor should not be overloaded with other programs or advisors ( otherwise, the adviser will not be able to process all the ticks and this is bad for the adviser ).
• Broker with 5-digit and 3-digit quotes.
• We recommend using a VPS with minimal ping to your broker.
• Attention! This EA is only for "hedging" accounts.
• if you use several advisors on the same account, make sure that all the advisors have different Magic numbers.

• Use_Risk_MM — If this is true, the lot size will increase when account balance grows (Risk Management).

  • false - use the current currency and timeframe;
• Adaptation of the spread to the stop loss - adapt the stop loss to spread;
• Max Spread - maximum allowed spread;
• Stop trade - disable trade for a certain time (from 1 minutes to 24 hours) if the average spread exceeds Max_Spread;
• Correct_Lot_by_Spread - adapt the lot by spread
• Strategy Breakout / Strategy Smart Breakout - enabling/disabling strategies.

Trading within the week:

• Monday - trade on Monday;
• ...
• Friday - trade on Friday;

Time trading within a day:

• Use time - if true, the EA trades by time;
• GMT setting - GMT settings;
• Every_Day_Start - start time (hh:mm);
• Every_Day_End - end time (hh:mm).

Time to disable on Friday:

• Use time - if true, the EA trades by time;
• Disable_in_Friday - end time on Friday (hh:mm).

I did. "Commissions killed me" ---> then don't use an account with commissions... I have the same experience with other breakout ea's.... commission accounts are not always better.
You have to use an account without commissions and low spread, then it works like a charm. (I also experienced this myself).

 

I really think this is one of the best methods to trade / ea's we can get.

So.. some may wonder: why MT5 and not MT4.
Because, with these kind of ea's it's very important to backtest with good quality.
With MT5 you can get it for free, it will use the broker data, with mt4 you have to pay a 3th party to get the data. Also the tick data will not be from your broker but from dukascopy or another tick data provider.

What to know:
- A commission based account (raw spread) is not always better, many people assume it is, but if you can find a broker with low spread without commission it can be better.
As you can see it in the review, commission eats up the profits, so in this case I would recommend to use a very low commission based account, or maybe better use an account without commission and low spread if possible. There should be brokers that offer low spread without commission.

- Having a backtest result like this with high quality is an impressive achievement. (every ea can be history optimzed, we never know). But it is showing some bad periods too, so I don't think it is.

Why I like these kind of ea's:
You can start with a very low amount of money, unlike martingale which need $1000 or more, you can start with this ea with only a few dollars. Like 10 dollars, and still make huge profits after a few months.
It is also way safer compared to martingale of course.
With this ea, in the backtest, it made from $100 --> $500.000 in only one year.

In my opinion, trading with good breakouts is the best way to trade.
It does not have problems with trending markets or big market movements.

Backtest ea looks amazing with high quality, as the author said, according to backtest it should have survived 22 years.

You can see his live account.. so "it's not working" is not true, it can work, as long as you have the right broker + right account (need good conditions).
